Newport Heart Opens Additional Office Location

November 1, 2009 - Newport Beach, CA On November 1, Newport Heart opened its second office location. It is located half a block north of our primary location at 455 Old Newport on the 2nd floor. This was done to accommodate the larger size of the practice with the recent addition of Dr. Michael Panutich, an electrophysiologist specializing in atrial fibrillation ablation. We also have two specialty nurse practitioners to work alongside the cardiologists to provide urgent and follow-up evaluations and to monitor stress tests. All noninvasive tests such as echocardiograms, stress tests, and vascular evaluations will be performed at our second office. In the near future, we will institute a Pacemaker Center for electronic/Internet-based evaluation of pacemakers and defibrillators.
